Oleksandr Bobruenko

Kramatorsk(an orphan)

I was born in Kurakhovo, Donetsk region. I lived in a small apartment with my mother, father, grandmother and brother. At one point when I was little my mother began to drink heavily. Our father left all of us, because of it, even us, his children. He didn't care about us at all. My mother began to drink more and more. When I was in second grade I got in Maryansk boarding school. I studied there until the ninth grade, until the war tore our country apart! I really did not know anything about my parents in particular. I just knew that they were deprived parental rights, and I was officially recognized as an orphan. My mother died in 2014 because of alcohol abuse, father was officially declared missing, my grandmother also died in 2013. I assume that my father died in the war. So I have no one left except my brother, who lives in Kramatorsk and who has problems as well. During the war, we were brought to the Ukrainian controlled territory, namely Svyatohorsk, a boarding school "Izumrudne town." I lived there until now! I love to study and self-development in general. I prefer mathematics, physics. I Intended to get into University to the technical department. At some point I had the opportunity to talk with one of the founders of "Hebron". I was given the chance to come and study in Lviv. I am very happy and grateful for this opportunity, because the situation I am in and the area where I live are not good for me! I had no opportunity to receive a good quality education, especially in the field of computer programming. This is my big chance to become a professional and have my dreams come true!
